1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's application for compassionate appointment is pending consideration before the District Education Officer, Baloda Bazaar which may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously.

2. Be that as it may, the District Education Officer, Baloda Bazaar is directed to take decision on the petitioner's application for compassionate appointment within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.

3. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
