1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of suspension dated 20.07.2018.

2. Prima facie it appears that the petitioner has straight away filed the present writ petition without availing the remedy of appeal available to him under the Rules.

3. Given the said facts and also considering the reasons for the placement of the petitioner under suspension, the present petition in its present form at this stage stands disposed off. Reserving the right of the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the respondent No.3 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the order of this Court and the respondent No.3 in turn shall decide the appeal as early as

possible preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the appeal preferred by the petitioner.

4. Needless to mention while deciding the appeal, the respondent No.3 may also keep in mind the outcome of the show cause notices issued against similarly placed persons for the same misconduct.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
