1. The challenge in the present writ petition was to the transfer order dated 14.08.2017. The writ petition was filed on 01.10.2018. However the State counsel has meanwhile cancelled the order of transfer on 28.09.2018 itself i.e. prior to the filing of the present writ petition.

2. In the light of the said submission made by the counsel for the petitioner that the order of transfer under challenge has already been cancelled by the State Government, this Court does not find any good reason to further prosecute with the petition. The writ petition thus stands disposed off.

-23. Let necessary step be taken by the authority for enforcement of the order dated 28.09.2018.
