1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.409/2015, registered at Police Station Basantpur, Distt. Rajnandgaon, for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 354, 376(1), 376(2)(n) of the IPC and Sections 4, 5(i), 6 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

2. This is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant for grant of regular bail.

3. After arguing for fairly long time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application.

4. The application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
