Mr. Aniket Verma, Advocate, appearing on behalf of Mr. Jitendra Pali, Advocate, on advance instructions received from the Respondents, submits that the Order of this Court passed on 26.8.2021 in W.P.(S) No.4522/2021 has already been complied with, inasmuch as the representation preferred by the Petitioner stands decided vide Order dated 7.12.2021.

Given the fact that the Respondents have already taken a decision on 7.12.2021 by deciding the representation of the Petitioner, this Court is of the view that the Order of this Court stands complied with. 3.

However, if at all, if the Petitioner is still aggrieved by the said Order dated 7.12.2021, the recourse available to the Petitioner would be to assail the said Order by way of a fresh proceeding. 4.

With the aforesaid liberty to the Petitioner, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
