The present MCC has been filed seeking for restoration of MA(C) No.756/2017 which got dismissed on account of peremptory order passed by this Court on 06.07.2017.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. Vaibhav Dhar Diwan under instruction of Mr. P. R. Patankar, advocate, enters appearance on behalf of the respondent/complainants and submits that they do not have any objection if MA(C) No.756/2017 is restored to its original number. On due consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the contentions submitted by the counsel for applicant, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for allowing the MCC is made out. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed and MA(C) No.756/2017 is restored to its original number. No order as to costs.
