1. This appeal is directed against the impugned order dated 22.09.2016 whereby the appellant is convicted under Section 135(A) of Electricity Act, 2003, sentenced to RI for 1 year with fine of Rs.19,098/- and in default of payment of fine additional RI for 3 months.

2. During the dependency of this appeal, the parties arrived at a compromise on 11.12.2021.

3. In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, as per the compromise docket dated 11.12.2021, the appellant is hereby acquitted.
