Learned State counsel submits that retiral benefits have been paid to the petitioner except annual increment.

Be that as it may, as retiral dues have been paid to the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation to respondent No.2 for payment of increment from 01/07/2021, which shall considered and decided by respondent No.2 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of

this order on its own merits, in accordance with law. 3.
