1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner was entitled for promotion on the post of AG-III but that has not been considered and decided by Respondent No. 2.

2. Perused the documents and heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Be that as it may, Respondent No. 2 is directed to take decision on its own merit in accordance with law for grant of promotion within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
