The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPS No. 6015/2011, which got dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 02.01.2020.

Taking into consideration the entire facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into consideration the nature of dispute, subject to the petitioner paying a cost of Rs.1500/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund Account No. 32749718036 within

a period of 7 days and on furnishing the receipt of the said payment to the Registry, the WPS No. 6015/2011 would stand restored to its original number. In case if the cost amount is not deposited, the order passed by this Court would automatically loose its efficacy. 3.

With the aforesaid observations, the present MCC stands disposed of. 4.

Let a copy of this order be made part to the record of WPS No. 6015/2011.
