2) The applicant is arrested on 03/02/2021 in connection with Crime No. 29/2021 registered at Police Station Dongargarh, District Rajnandgaon (C.G.) for the offence under Sections 376 & 506 of Indian Penal Code.

3) Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

4) Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
