Heard the matter finally.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant is apprehending his arrested in connection with Crime No.20/2016 registered at P.S. Baghnadi, District Rajnandgaon, C.G. for the offence under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the IPC. The applicant is Sub-Registrar. Another matter as Crime No.15/2016 registered at P.S. Bortalab, District Rajnandgaon, C.G. under Section 420, 120B, 34, 467, 468 of the IPC; in the said matter the applicant was granted anticipatory bail in MCRCA No.943/2016 vide order dated 26-10-2016. In the present matter also the applicant on the basis of 22 point enquiry report given by the Patwari registered the sale deed, with this, had complied his duty, not committed any offence. Hence, he may be extended benefit of anticipatory bail as he is a Government servant. He will not abscond. 3.

Per contra, learned counsel for the State/non-applicant opposed the argument advanced on behalf of the applicant. 4.

Perused the entire material.

The matter is in the investigating stage. Looking to the evidence collected for the moment and also considering the role of the applicant which

-2was not as required under the relevant authority and rules, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant. Consequently, the instant MCRCA is hereby dismissed.
