The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPS No.4422 of 2018 which got dismissed on account of peremptory order passed by this court on 27.07.2018.

For the reasons stated in the application, subject to petitioner's paying a cost of Rs.1000/- to the High Court Legal Services Authority within a period of 7 days from today, WPS No.4422 of 2018 would stand restored to its original number.
