1. This CRMP has been filed for restoration of CRR No. 567/2018 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 24.09.2018 as no representation was made on behalf of the Applicant on said date of hearing.

2. Heard the Counsel for both the parties. Counsel for the Respondent has no objection for restoration of above mentioned Criminal Revision.

3. After due consideration, this CRMP is allowed. CRR No. 567/2018 is directed to restore to its original number and further list this case (CRR No. 567/2018) in the next week.
