1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.702/2017, registered at Police Station Civil Line, District Bilaspur for the offence punishable under Section 380 of IPC.

3. The applicant has allegedly committed theft of golden ornaments valued at Rs.2.50 lakhs from the house of complainant Lilima Sharma. The applicant allegedly went to the

house of the complainant on the pretext that she is willing to obtain her house on rent and thereafter, on her second visit to the complainant's house, she committed theft.

4. Considering the fact that the applicant, who is a young girl aged about 19 years, is in jail since 16.9.2017 i.e. for about 3 months and the offence is triable by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. She is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
