Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. It is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and the applicant may make a suitable prayer before the concerned trial Court for early disposal of the trial.
