Order passed by the Collector (Food), Durg, cancelling the petitioner's allotment of Fair Price Shop (FPS) for Ward No.4, Laxmi Nagar, Supela, is appealable before the appellate authority under clause 18 of the Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2004, therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy within a period of four weeks from today.
