Ms. Sunita Jain, Govt. Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 30.09.2019

1. The limited relief that both the petitioners have sought is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider their application for mutual transfer pending before the authorities since long.

2. Given the limited grievance that the petitioners have, this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if the respondent no.1 is directed to consider the case of the petitioners for mutual transfer in accordance with the rules governing the department and also keeping in view the administrative exigency, at the earliest preferably within a period of 6 months from today.
