1. Since, Criminal Revision Number 1001/2018 has already been filed by Shri Badshah Prasad Singh, Advocate for Applicant Rajendra Kumar in the same matter, therefore, in these circumstances, learned Counsel for the Applicant Ms. Bulbul Agrawal, Advocate does not want to press this revision, however she prays that her name may be mentioned as counsel for the Applicant in Criminal Revision Number 1001/2018 because she received this case from High Court Legal Services Committee.

2. Shri Badshah Prasad Singh Advocate has no objection regarding the same.

3. In view of the above submission, Criminal Revision Number 1101/2018 is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Registry is directed to publish the name of Ms. Bulbul Agrawal as Counsel for the Applicant along with Badshah Prasad Singh in Criminal Revision No. 1001/2018.
