1. The dispute in the present Writ Petition is to the transfer of the petitioner being made vide order dated 22.08.2019.

2. Grievance of the petitioner is to the extent that there are two orders dated 22.08.2019 and in both the orders the name of the petitioner reflected. In the first order the name of the petitioner reflected at page No. 21 Serial No. 63 and in the second order the name of the petitioner appears at Page No. 25, Serial No. 130.

3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let petitioner make a appropriate representation to the respondent No. 1 who turn shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass a suitable order at the earliest.

4. Till a suitable order clarifying place of posting of the petitioner is passed, the petitioner shall be permitted to remain at the present place of posting.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
