1. Heard on petition.

2. The petitioner is before this Court only with prayer for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities. It is submitted that the petitioner is a proprietor of Subham Kiraya Bhandar, Raipur. The petitioner has provided services for the Vidhansabha Election for the year 2013 and Loksabha Election in 2014 in District - Sukma on the basis of work order issued to him by the respondent authorities. After completion of the work the petitioner has submitted bills to the concerned authorities for his services in Vidhansabha Election 2013, which is in total Rs.85,56,169/- against which, the petitioner has been paid only Rs.2,00,000/-. Similarly, the petitioner has submitted bills for his services in

Loksabha Election 2014 of Rs.83,80,136/- against which the petitioner has been paid only Rs.2,80,000/-. The remaining amount has not been received so far. Petitioner has filed representation, it is prayed that the respondent authorities be directed to take decision on the representation and on the bills raised by the petitioner and make payments on the remaining amount of Rs.1,64,56,305/- along with interest @12% per annum.

3. State counsel opposes the submission and submits that the bills raised by the petitioner are disputed bills which may need to be inquired. However, the petition may be disposed off with direction accordingly.

4. Considered on the submissions. As there is no dispute that the petitioner has provided his services for the Vidhansabha Election, 2013 and Loksabha Election, 2014 which have been availed by the respondent authorities and also there is no such claim by the respondents side that the payment has been made in accordance with the bills raised by the petitioners', therefore, there appears to be need for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities.

5. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation within a period of 15 days from today making a mention of the bills raised by him which are remaining unpaid. The respondent authorities are directed to consider on his representation and ensure that all amount of the undisputed bills is paid to the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 120 days from today.
