1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents No. 2 & 3 to ensure that the petitioner is given the charge as per the order dated 23.08.2019.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that the person, in whose place the petitioner was posted had challenged this order dated 23.08.2019 vide WPS No. 7003/2019 and this Court has not granted any relief, nor has interfered with the said order and therefore the veracity of the order also stands tested before this Court and now there is no other option left for the State authorities, but to comply with the order.

3. Given the aforesaid contentions that the petitioner has made, the present writ petition in its present form stands disposed of with a direction to the

-2respondents No. 2 & 3 to ensure that the order dated 23.08.2019 is complied with at the earliest without any further delay.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
