---Petitioner
Versus
1. State Of Chhattisgarh, Through Secretary, Department Of Employment And Training, Mahanadi Bhawan, Mantralaya, New Raipur, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
2. Director, Office Of Directorate, Employment And Training, Indrawati Bhawan, New Raipur, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh. ---Respondents For petitioner :
Shri Vinod Deshmukh, Advocate.
For State :
Shri Ratan Pusty, G.A.
Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 09/10/2018 1.
The only dispute which has been raised by the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is the non-granting of actual monetary benefits on the anomaly which has been removed by the order of the State Government granting the revised pay-scale with effect from 01/04/2006 to 01/01/2016. 2.
The petitioner on an earlier occasion had already filed a Writ Petition i.e. WPS No. 975/2018 which was withdrawn on a submission made by the State counsel that the issue raised by the petitioner is under active consideration at the State Government level.
3.
Though, the petitioner has subsequently further made a representation in this regard, but till date no final decision have been taken.
4.
In the given facts, this Court does not intend to keep the Writ Petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if the Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.1 to take a decision on the said issue raised by the petitioner and the representation pending. In addition to the earlier representation which has been made, the petitioner would also be at liberty to file a fresh detailed representation supported with all relevant documents to the respondent No.1 within a period of 15 days. That on receipt of such representation, the respondent No.1 shall take a decision on the said representation within a further period of 4 months. 5.
The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed off. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Sumit JUDGE
