After arguing for a fairly long time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to prefer appeal before the appellate authority against the order of respondent No.4 suspending him from the post of Secretary of Gram Panchayat Bonga.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer appeal before the appellate authority against the order of
