1. Shri C.R. Sahu, appearing on behalf of counsel for Objector, opposes the bail application filed by the applicant.

2. Learned counsel for applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with a prayer to issue direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial against the applicant.

3. Prayer is allowed.

4. Considering the submission so made, the application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn and the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
