By the impugned order the Collector, Janjgir-Champa, has stayed the order of removal of the respondent No.4 from the office of the Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Bhuigaon, Tahsil
Pamgarh, District Janjgir-Champa, passed under Section 40 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993. 2.
Admittedly, the appeal preferred by the respondent No.4 before the Collector, Janjgir-Champa, is pending consideration, therefore, ends of justice would be served if the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Collector, Janjgir-Champa to decide the pending appeal preferred by the respondent No.4 at the earliest preferably within a period of two months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order. 3.
