1. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application. However, he submits that looking to the period of detention of applicant since 01.02.2020, a direction be issued to Court below concerned to conclude the trial at the earliest.

2. Learned State Counsel submits that he is having no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant.

3. Accordingly, bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. The concerned Court below is directed to expedite the trial.
