1. The grievance of the petitioner is the non-releasing of the retiral dues payable to the petitioner, who has retired from the post of Hand Pump Technician w.e.f. 30.06.2018.

2. Given the limited grievance, which the petitioner has raised and also taking note of the fact that from the pleadings it does not appear that the petitioner was disqualified or dis-entitled for any of these benefits, let the respondents No. 3 & 5 scrutinize the case of the petitioner and

ensure that the retiral dues payable to the petitioner is released to him at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the order of this Court.

3. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to appraise the respondent no.3 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
