This petition has been filed by the victim/ petitioner herein seeking direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that charge-sheet has been filed on 22.12.2014 but there is no substantial progress in the trial.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

A careful perusal of the order-sheets would show that though chargesheet has been filed on 22.12.2014 and charges have been framed on 05.08.2015 but till date there is no substantial progress in the trial. Therefore, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
