This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.287/2017, registered at Police Station Dongargarh District Rajnandgaon (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 506, 324, 326 of IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to repeat the prayer after 03 months.

4. Permission granted.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed, as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty to the applicant.
