1. Learned counsel for applicant submits that this is fourth bail application filed only on the ground of delay in trial. There are total three accused persons and out of which two have been enlarged on bail.

2. Learned State Counsel submits that first bail application of applicant has been dismissed on merits considering huge involvement of amount by cheating complainant and others, grabbing Rs.77 lakhs from them. There is no document or material placed on record to show that there is delay in trial.

3. In view of above, I do not find it to be a fit case to admit this bail application.
