1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail, as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.123/2017, registered at Police Station Bhatgaon, District Surajpur for offences under Sections 304B/34 of the IPC.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive prayer after examination of the parents of the deceased.

3. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
