1. Heard.
2. These are the two bail applications filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.145/2017, registered at Police Station Kotra Road, Raigarh,
District Raigarh (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5 of the Immoral TrafÏc (Prevention) Act, 1956.
3. Applicant Anjali Gupta was involved in immoral trafÏcking, whereas, applicant Girija Srivas is the occupier of the premises, where from, the business of immoral trafÏcking was conducted through Anjali Gupta.
4. Admittedly co-accused Bharatlal Choudhary and Gurucharan Patel have been released on bail vide order dated 13.9.2017 passed in MCRC No.5306/2017 on the ground that the offence is triable by the Judicial Magistrate First Class carrying maximum sentence of RI for 7 yeats and they are the first offenders.
5. Considering the fact that the applicants are in jail since 31.7.2017 and they are ladies, this Court is inclined to release the applicants also on regular bail.
6. Accordingly, the applications are allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
