The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.69/2017, registered at Police Station Mainpur, District Gariyaband (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20 (B) of the NDPS Act.

The applicant was found to possess illicit ganja weighed at 5 kg and 400 gm. He is in jail since 03.08.2017. The concerned SHO has not reported any previous criminal antecedents of the applicant and the charge sheet has already been filed. 3.

Considering the entire facts situation of the case, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the bail

application is allowed. The applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
