Learned Counsel for the Petitioner at the outset makes an oral prayer for correction in the cause-title of the present Writ Petition to the extent of the name of the Petitioner which due to clerical error has wrongly been typed as "Rampal Singh" instead of "Ramlal Singh".

On due consideration, the oral prayer made by the Counsel for the Petitioner is allowed.

Let necessary amendment in this regard be made by the Counsel for the Petitioner during the course of the day itself. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner further submits that they have filed I.A. No.2 which is an application for withdrawal of the present Writ Petition. On due consideration, I.A. No.2 is allowed.
