1. Heard.
2. These are the two bail applications filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.327/2017, registered at Police Station Ganj, Raipur, District Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 25 of the Arms Act.
3. The applicants of both the applications were found searching for prospective buyers for fire arms i.e. Pistol near Golden Restaurant, Railway Station, Raipur.
4. Considering the fact that the applicants are not accused of using the fire arms; they are in jail since 11.09.2017; the offences are triable by the Judicial Magistrate First Class and; the charge sheet has already been filed, this Court is inclined to release the applicants on regular bail.
5. Accordingly, the applications are allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
