1. Heard.

2. These are the three bail applications filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.68/2017, registered at Police Station Gole Bazar, District Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B & 201 of IPC.

3. The applicants have allegedly assisted the candidates in procuring forged certificates of B.Lib, which was detected when the concerned candidates used the certificates in the recruitment process initiated by the Zila Panchayat, Raipur.

4. Applicant Pankaj Sharma has already been released on regular bail by this Court in Crime No.35/2017 in similar offence vide MCRC No.2400 of 2017 decided on 20.11.2017.

5. Considering the entire facts situation of the case, this Court is

inclined to release all the applicants on regular bail.

6. Accordingly, the applications are allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court. Certified copy as per rules. Sd/- Judge (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Shyna
