1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the complaint of the petitioner filed on 10.12.2012 charges have been framed against accused persons, yet trial has not been proceeded substantially and only one witness has been examined.

2. Be that as it may, the trial Court/concerned Judicial Magistrate First Class is directed to expedite the trial and conclude it within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Judicial Magistrate First Class through the District and Sessions Judge, Durg. No cost(s).
