4. This Court has directed on 18/07/2018 to the respondents No. 1 & 2 to convene the meeting of review DPC expeditiously as soon as possible, in accordance with law and procedure for promotion of the petitioner.

5. As per the Annexure D/2 fresh meeting of DPC is to be convened.
