The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.115/2016 registered in Police Station Mana Camp Civil and Revenue District Raipur (CG) for offence punishable under sections 294, 307 of Indian Penal Code and u/s 25, 27 of Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, on 13/07/2016 the applicant in a drunk condition was abusing people and the applicant was made to understand by the injured. While they came back to their village and when injured was sitting alongwith others, at that time the applicant came there and assaulted by way of a knife and injury were inflicted. Such injury were enough to cause death.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the case, nature of injury are simple in nature and there is no report made to the police and injured was admitted to the hospital and on that basis case has been registered and there is no expert opinion about nature of injury, therefore the applicant may be released on
bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Perused the statement of the injured Shailendra Jangde and medical report. Injury was caused on the left side of the chest. Taking into such nature of injury and the background of this case, this court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
