1. The applicants have filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C., apprehending their arrest in connection with Crime No. 50/2015, registered at Police Station -Bilaigarh, District- Baloda Bazar- Bhatapara (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 452, 323 (15 Times)/149 and Section 302/149 IPC.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants disclosed that the applicants have already taken a remedy of seeking quashment of entire criminal proceedings by filing a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. wherein a
-2protective umbrella has been granted in the manner that operation and execution of order taking cognizance is stayed.
3. In view of the aforesaid disclosure, in the opinion of this Court, at present, there should not be any apprehension on the part of the applicants because the order taking cognizance itself has been stayed.
4. Therefore, this application, at this stage, is disposed off. The applicants, however, would be at liberty to revive the application in case eventuality so arises in future.
