1. A request letter has been received from the Special Court (N.D.P.S. Act), Raipur, praying for extension of time for conclusion of trial in the Special Case No.10/2018 pending before that Court.

2. This Court had while deciding M.Cr.C. No.4413/2020 on 17.11.2020, directed the trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of 06 months. Subsequent to that, the learned trial Court sought extension regarding which order dated 14.06.2021 was passed in Cr.M.P. No.495/2021 granting a further extension of 06 months.

3. Considered on the reasons mentioned in the request letter and on that basis, I feel inclined to allow the prayer made in the request letter.

-24. As prayed, an extension of 02 months time is granted to the learned trial Court to conclude the trial in the case mentioned hereinabove.
