A request letter has been received from the Special Court (NDPS Act), Kondagaon, District Kondagaon (C.G.) praying for extension of time granted by this Court for concluding the trial in Special Case No. 12/2021.

This Court had while disposing the M.Cr.C. No. 2841 of 2021 and 3931 of 2021 by a combined order dated 16.07.2021 directing the learned trial Court to conclude the trial at the earliest within a period of three months.

After considering on the grounds mentioned in the request letter for nonconclusion of the trial so far, prayer made in the request letter is allowed and further time of three months is granted to the concerned Court for conclusion of the trial in the case mentioned hereinabove. 4.
