1. A request letter has been received from the Special Court (N.D.P.S. Act), Kondagaon, praying for extension of time for conclusion of trial in the Criminal Case (N.D.P.S.) No.12/2021.

2. This Court had while deciding M.Cr.C. No.2841/2021 and 3931/2021 vide order dated 16.07.2021, directed the trial Court to expedite the trial and dispose off the same as early as possible preferably witnin a period of 03 months.

3. After considering on the reasons mentioned in the request letter, the prayer made in the application is allowed and a further extension of 03 months' time is granted to the learned trial Court to conclude the trial in the case mentioned hereinabove.
