This is second bail application filed under Section 439 of C.P.C. The first bail application was dismissed on 30.08.2016 on merits.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with a request to the trial Court to expedite the trial. It is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is requested to expedite the trial.
