1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 21.08.2019 whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from Naveen Kanya Mahavidyalaya, Bilaspur to Shaskiya Mahavidyalaya Dabhra, Janjgir-Champa.

2. Contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner and her husband has certain health issues. Therefore, State Government should reconsider the same with a request.

3. Given the facts, subject to the verification of the contents of the said representation and policy considering whether the petitioner can be accommodated at the present place of posting, let petitioner make a representation to the respondents within a period of 10 days from

today and respondents in turn shall decide the same within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order so far as petitioner is concerned shall remain stayed.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
