1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 10/05/2019 sent by the Additional Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Surajpur for extension of time for final disposal of claim case No. 40/2014.

2. This Court vide order dated 06/12/2018 had granted a time of three months to learned Additional Motor Accident Claims Tribunal to dispose of the claim case No. 40/2014, which has not been complied and further extension of time has been sought by the Claims Tribunal to comply with the order passed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, further time of 45 days is granted to learned Additional Motor Accident Claims Tribunal to dispose of the said claim case by taking the trial on day-to-day basis.

4. Accordingly, this M.C.C. stands disposed of.

5. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Claims Tribunal by e-mail/fax.
