On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application, which is supported by an affidavit, the order dated 02.09.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.928 of 2015 is recalled. Consequently, W.P.(C) No.908 of 2015 is restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the Application for Restoration of W.P.(C) No.908 of 2015 is allowed.
