Heard.

This is fourth bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant. The earlier bail application of the applicant is rejected on merit. After considering on the submission made by the counsel for the applicant and the ground of filing of this application, I do not feel inclined to allow this application. Therefore, it is dismissed at motion stage itself.

However, as the applicant is in jail since about two years, therefore, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of six months. Sd/- (Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant) Judge balram
