Perused the jail report dated 16.06.2020 received from Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Ambikapur, District-Ambikapur (C.G.) wherein, it has been reported that the Appellant has been released from jail on 18.01.2020 after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant submits that he doesn't want to press this appeal.

3. In view of the above submission, the instant appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
